张亨国,2021年至今,于安徽医科大学先后任讲师、副教授,口腔疾病防治全国重点实验室访问学者(导师:袁泉教授),合肥市D类高层次人才(市级领军人才),口腔医学博士(导师:江宏兵教授),主治医师,硕士研究生导师,安徽省口腔医学会口腔种植专委会委员,安徽省医师协会口腔医师分会青年委员。研究方向包括:1)干细胞谱系命运与骨衰老及再生修复;2)口腔微生物与全身系统性疾病;3)颌骨衰老与缺损高危因素筛选。近两年以第一/通讯作者在Cell Death & Differentiation、International Journal of Oral Science、Clinical Oral Investigation等国际期刊发表学术论文8篇。主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省教育厅基金、安徽医科大学高层次人才引进基金等四项。获南京医科大学优秀博士学位论文(2022)、中华口腔医学会青年科学家(2023)、iMeta期刊杰出执行副主编(2023)、TMR期刊优秀青年编委(2023)。担任iMeta执行副主编,iLiver科学编辑,以及hLife、Journal of Biomedical Research、Medicine Advances、TMR、口腔疾病防治等十余本期刊青年编委/客座编辑,担任iMeta、The Innovation Medicine、Aging、FASEB J、Heliyon等二十余本期刊特约审稿人/审稿专家。

科研方向

主要致力于间充质干细胞谱系命运与骨再生修复的分子机制研究。包括:基于颌骨修复及间充质干细胞模型的单细胞组学及三维基因组学筛选转录及表观遗传靶标,重点围绕衰老干细胞线粒体功能损伤、多潜能稳态失衡、细胞周期蛋白异常转运、核仁蛋白相分离等方向,深入探索干细胞衰老、耗竭及其对器官或组织再生的影响。
